Eligibility

ckk3 reserves the right to carry out additional eligibility checks at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement at any time may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
Account Registration
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ckk3. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Registration Information
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not register using a false identity, a fictitious name, or the identity of any third party. ckk3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual, you must notify ckk3 support immediately at [email protected]. ckk3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC)
ckk3 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. ckk3 may also request proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
ckk3 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmation. ckk3 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or by banking infrastructure issues outside ckk3's direct control. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ckk3 aims to process withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
ckk3 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is an ongoing investigation into account activity, suspected fraud, or a dispute relating to a wagering transaction. Funds deposited and not yet subjected to at least one complete wager may be subject to an administrative processing fee at ckk3's discretion.
Currency
All transactions on ckk3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player's payment method operates in a different currency, the conversion is handled by the payment provider and ckk3 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees charged by the provider.
Bonuses and Promotions
ckk3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of the overall agreement with respect to that bonus.
General Bonus Rules
- Each promotional offer may be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- ckk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations in progress are honoured.
- Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or manipulation of game selection to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will have their bonus balance voided and may face permanent account closure.
Welcome Bonus
New players on ckk3 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The specific percentage, cap amount in BDT, and wagering multiplier applicable to the welcome bonus are displayed on the promotions page and at the point of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed by existing players who have closed and re-opened accounts.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All games offered on ckk3 are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective software provider. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game. ckk3 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
Void Bets and Cancelled Wagers
A wager may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event or game is cancelled; a technical malfunction interrupts the game before a result is determined; the wager was placed in error due to a clearly displayed incorrect price or odds (manifest error); or the wager was placed in violation of these Terms. In all void cases, the staked amount is returned to the player's Account Balance.
Sports Betting
ckk3's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey among other sports. Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. Once a wager is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question.
Disputed Results
If you believe a game result or bet settlement was incorrect, you must raise a dispute with ckk3 support within 72 hours of the result being posted. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. ckk3's decision on disputed results, made after reviewing available evidence including server logs, is final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckk3 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to register an Account on your behalf.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in multi-player games including poker and live dealer tables.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discoverable error will be voided.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
- Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
- Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ckk3 staff or other players through any communication channel.
ckk3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any winnings associated with that conduct, and to report any suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.
Responsible Gaming
ckk3 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools that players can use to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available through the Account settings panel and include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. When the limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request indefinite self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will not receive any promotional communications and will not be able to re-register during the exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms
ckk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the ckk3 website at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.
Your continued use of the ckk3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of your remaining Balance before the changes take effect.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ckk3's operating jurisdiction. ckk3 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction other than those where access is expressly provided.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ckk3, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ckk3 support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. ckk3's decision in respect of any disputed game result, wager settlement, or account-level action, made after a full review of available evidence, is final and binding.
